We offer 7 days Return policy. It means you can return your item within 7 days from receiving your order.
If you need to return your item(s), please simply contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 917-207-5254. We will give you the full instructions how to pack and return your item.
To report a lost, delayed or damaged item, please simply contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note all returns will need to be notified by email prior to returning an item. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if an item has been returned to us without prior communication or 7 days have passed after the delivery.
You, as a buyer, are responsible to cover the cost of returning the item back to us. Please make sure to use a trackable service, as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
Returned merchandise should be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, stickers attached if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the returned item appears to be used or damaged in any way. Please note that seasonal items are final sale (Valentine's Day, Easter, July 4th, Halloween and Holidays).
